Born and raised in Edmonton, with roots stretching from the gritty Northside to the vibrant energy of Mill Woods, Chazzy Boo’s story is one of transformation, resilience, and creative evolution. Now 29, though often mistaken for someone years younger, his journey reflects both lived experience and a mindset rooted in growth, discipline, and vision.

The name “Chazzy Boo” carries history. During a turbulent chapter in his youth, he was known as “Chaz,” a phone name given during a time when survival meant adapting to a difficult environment shaped by economic struggle and limited opportunities. Seen as “The Kid” among older peers, he was exposed early to both the rewards of focus and the consequences of envy, deception, and misaligned ambition. Rather than letting that period define him, he used it as a foundation for awareness developing sharp intuition and discernment that still guide him today. Over time, as he distanced himself from that life and surrounded himself with uplifting energy, the nickname “Chazzy Boo” emerged organically, first from women in his circle, then embraced by friends, until it became his identity.

Breaking away completely from his past, Chazzy Boo found new purpose within a thriving creative community connected to the University of Alberta. Alongside a collective of roughly 30 artists rappers, producers, photographers, videographers, designers, and DJs he helped cultivate a grassroots movement. What began as house parties quickly escalated into packed campus shows, then into established venues, and eventually expanded across major Canadian cities including Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, and Vancouver.

For Chazzy Boo, inspiration isn’t abstract it’s human. It’s the people, the shared energy, the frequencies exchanged when creatives align with a common vision. That belief was further reinforced through experiences like participating in a group chat led by A$AP Twelvyy, where discussions around the book The Power of 8 explored the science and spirituality of collective consciousness. The idea that focused, positive energy among a small group can influence reality became more than theory it became a philosophy. To him, creation is manifestation in motion: a blend of energy, intention, and belief capable of shaping outcomes.

His journey has also led to meaningful collaborations and encounters. Over the past year, he’s worked alongside creatives like Learnmore Jonasi and TJ Rogers, while connecting with influential spaces like Compound Recording Studio, known for its work with artists such as Tory Lanez, Pressa, and Killy. Along the way, he’s crossed paths with notable personalities including Steve-O, Nardwuar, Snak the Ripper, and Ekkstacy moments that reflect both his reach and his presence within diverse creative circles.

But Chazzy Boo isn’t confined to one lane. His artistry expands into DJing, photography, videography, music production, and even competitive skateboarding each discipline feeding into the same core drive: expression without limits.

At the heart of his message is something simple, but unwavering: keep creating. No matter the circumstances, no matter who doubts you, the act of creation holds power. Life moves fast, and he believes every moment good or bad carries value. Positivity, faith, and persistence aren’t just ideas; they’re tools for survival and elevation.

For Chazzy Boo, the mission is clear: create relentlessly, stay grounded in purpose, and never let the world shrink your vision.
